2026 Exhibit Department Entry Forms
NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS:
ONLY ENTRIES LISTED IN PREMIUM BOOK WILL BE ACCEPTED.
NOTE: Please have your entry form completed when you bring your exhibit(s) to be entered. Label and record each item exactly as it is listed in fair catalog. Have entry form completed when item(s) are brought to Craft Barn. ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF NOT LABELED.
IF AGE 15 OR YOUNGER, PLEASE USE THE JUNIOR ENTRY FORM!
Entry forms must be registered for cut flowers and baked goods prior to 5 pm on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 but can be brought in before 10 am on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. No entries will be accepted that are not listed in Premium Book nor brought in after 5pm on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Exhibits MUST be picked up Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 9am – 6pm. After this time, all winnings will be forfeited.

All applicants for entry must be made on the Showman website found at this link https://showman.app by Wednesday, August 26, 2026, EXCEPT Junior Market Broiler Show and Junior Dairy Steer Show.
Payouts cannot be made without a completed W-9. Exhibitors will be disqualified if a W-9 is not submitted.
