Hickory Fair 2026

Join us for the 113th Annual Hickory Fair for lots of fun, family entertainment.

The 2026 fair runs for six days, beginning on Wednesday, September 2 and ends on Labor Day, September 7.

Attractions are midway rides, helicopter rides, camel rides and pony rides, local agricultural products and livestock exhibits, craft barn, exhibit hall with all kinds of vendors, live music, and daily entertainment.

The Market opens at 5am, every Thursday.
Interested in being a vendor? Booths are $10 for a 10 x 10 space. Rent by the day or month!

Got To Be NC Program

2025 marks the 40th anniversary of the Got to Be NC Program! 🎉💚

The Got to Be NC Program promotes local farmers and agribusinesses across the state, works to get local products on grocery store shelves, and more.

The Fairgrounds are available for rental. Perfect for concerts,  events or any type of private party!

Special Events

The fairgrounds host several events throughout the year. Events include a weekly farmers market, dog shows, antique and car shows, motorcycle shows, model railroad shows, clothing and jewelry shows, gun and weapon collectors shows, private events and more. Rent out the Exhibit Hall for your event!
